About me
Going down the rabbit hole
When I decided to buy my first semi-pro camera, I just wanted to take better photos than I was getting from my smartphone. A few days later, I realized that I also need to edit photos.
I didn't want to photograph people at the beginning. Taking pictures of people is responsibility. Self-improvement is a process of making mistakes and learning from them. I started from travel, urban and landscape photography to make my beginner mistakes there.
Since then, I participated in workshops and photo meetups (hosted by Dan Hecho, Joakim Karlsson, Fotoforma), started exploring pictures taken by masters of photography, visiting exhibitions, building my library, making contacts in the photo world, finally - organizing my own photoshoots.
Nowadays, I work with digital, analog (35mm film) and Instax cameras. I'm familiar with various techiques and effects. I believe that portrait and sensual photography is about providing a unique experience to a person stading in front of my lens and creating pictures matching with the energy of this person.
